Heat olive oil in a pan, sautΓ© chopped onions until soft, then stir in garlic and ginger. Add diced chicken and cook until lightly browned. Mix in spicesβcurry powder, turmeric, cumin, paprikaβand let it all bloom. Stir in tomato paste and diced tomatoes, cook for a few minutes. Pour in cream and a spoon of yogurt, letting it simmer until the sauce thickens and the chicken is fully tender. Toss in bell pepper near the end to keep a little crunch.
