Taco Rice
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups water
2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any extra grease. 🍳
Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and pour in the water. Stir everything together and bring it to a boil. 💥
Reduce the heat, add the uncooked Minute Rice, and mix well.
Cover and let it cook for about 5 minutes, or until the rice is tender. ⏲️
Remove the lid, then stir in the salsa and shredded cheddar cheese until everything is combined and melty. 🧀✨
Turn off the heat and serve it up hot! 🌶️🌮
