Irresistible Lazy Cake Cookies
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup mini chocolate chips
3/4 cup mini M&M’s
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until well blended and a thick dough forms.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips and about 1/2 cup of the mini M&M’s.
Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan using a spatula or clean hands.
Sprinkle the remaining M&M’s and a few extra chocolate chips on top for a colorful finish.
Bake for 18–22 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is just set.
Let the bars cool completely before slicing into squares.

Tips:
Don't overbake! The center should still be slightly soft for gooey bars.
