1/2 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cubed

1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1/2 onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp sesame oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Cooked jasmine or white rice, for serving

Chopped green onions, for garnish

Directions:

1️⃣ Prep the Protein:

Season steak and shrimp with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear steak cubes until browned (2–3 mins), remove and set aside.

Cook shrimp for 1–2 mins per side until pink, then remove.

2️⃣ Sauté the Veggies:

In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed.

Stir-fry broccoli, peppers, and onions for 3–5 minutes until crisp-tender.

Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

3️⃣ Make It Saucy:

Return steak and shrimp to the pan.

Add butter, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

Toss everything to coat in the garlic butter sauce.

Let cook together for 1–2 more minutes.

4️⃣ Serve Over Rice:

Plate over warm jasmine rice.

Sprinkle with green onions for a fresh finish.

5️⃣ Optional Heat Boost:

Add red pepper flakes or sriracha for a spicy kick.
