🍤 Shrimp Risotto
A creamy risotto made with Arborio rice and tender shrimp, rich in flavor and perfect for seafood lovers.
Ingredients
• 1 cup Arborio rice
• 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 4 cups fish or vegetable broth
• 1 onion, chopped
• ½ cup white wine
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp butter
• ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Heat oil, sauté onion until soft.
2️⃣ Add rice, stir, and toast for 1–2 minutes.
3️⃣ Pour in wine and let evaporate.
4️⃣ Add broth gradually, stirring constantly (about 18 minutes).
5️⃣ Add shrimp in the last 5 minutes until pink.
6️⃣ Stir in butter and Parmesan before serving.
