A creamy chicken and mushroom dish cooked with herbs and finished with cream. Elegant and flavorful 🍗🍄.

Ingredients:
• 1 whole chicken (cut in pieces)
• 200 g mushrooms
• 2 onions
• 200 ml white wine
• 200 ml cream
• 2 tbsp butter
• Salt & pepper

Instructions:
1️⃣ Brown chicken pieces in butter, then set aside.
2️⃣ Cook onions and mushrooms until golden.
3️⃣ Deglaze with white wine, reduce by half.
4️⃣ Return chicken, add cream, and simmer 30 min.
5️⃣ Adjust seasoning and serve with rice or potatoes 🍚.
