Ingredients

1 lb (450g) sea scallops
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup Arborio rice
4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1/2 cup white wine (optional)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions
Prepare the Risotto
Heat Broth: In a saucepan, heat the broth over low heat to keep it warm.
