Garlic Butter Stir-Fried Vegetables 🥦🥕🍄
A quick and flavorful veggie stir-fry packed with color and nutrients!
📝 Ingredients:
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
1 large carrot (sliced diagonally)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp sesame oil (optional for extra flavor)
🍽️ Step by Step:
1️⃣ Blanch the Broccoli:
Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch broccoli for 1-2 minutes.
Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté the Vegetables:
Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Toss in carrots and cook for 2 minutes until slightly softened.
Add mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes.
3️⃣ Add Broccoli & Seasoning:
Stir in the blanched broccoli.
Add soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and sesame oil.
Stir-fry everything for 1-2 more minutes.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
