Garlic Herb Chicken with Steamed Rice & Vegetables🥦

📝 Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup cooked white rice
1 cup broccoli florets
1 medium carrot, sliced
1 tbsp butter (for vegetables)
🍽️ Step by Step:
1️⃣ Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown.
2️⃣ Add Flavor:
Stir in minced garlic, oregano, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1-2 more minutes, then finish with lemon juice.
3️⃣ Steam the Vegetables:
In a separate pan, steam broccoli and carrots for 4-5 minutes until tender. Toss with a little butter and salt.
4️⃣ Prepare the Rice:
Cook white rice according to package instructions and fluff with a fork.
5️⃣ Assemble & Serve:
