✔ 1/2 head cabbage, finely shredded
✔ 2 medium carrots, grated
✔ 2 packets chicken noodle soup mix (dry)
✔ 1/2 cup soy sauce
✔ 1 liter water
✔ 2 tbsp curry powder
✔ 1 cup raw rice

👩‍🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ In a large pot or deep skillet, brown the mince over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2️⃣ Add cabbage and carrots, stirring until slightly softened.
3️⃣ Pour in the water, then add chicken noodle soup mix, soy sauce, and curry powder. Stir well.
