Tremendous Savory Steak Bites and Shrimp 🍤🥩

Ingredients:
- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

1. Start by seasoning the steak bites. In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the steak pieces in this spice mix until they are evenly coated.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the seasoned steak bites to the skillet. Sear them for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are browned and cooked to your preference. Once done, remove the steak bites from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.

3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and the butter. Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the peeled and deveined shrimp. Season them with salt and pepper. Cook the shrimp for approximately 2-3 minutes, until they turn pink and opaque. To enhance the flavor, add the minced garlic during the last minute of cooking, stirring continuously to prevent burning. Once cooked, transfer the shrimp to the plate with the steak.

4. Now it's time to prepare the garlic butter sauce. In the same skillet, pour in the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the second portion of butter. Add the leftover minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until it becomes fragrant, being careful not to let it burn.

5. Toss the cooked steak bites and shrimp into the skillet with the garlic butter sauce. Stir gently to ensure each piece is well-coated in the sauce.

6. To serve, plate the savory steak bites and shrimp. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and flavor. Don't forget to include lemon wedges on the side to add a zesty brightness.

Enjoy this delectable dish with a side of mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal that’s sure to impress!
