Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup M&M's candies
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
Oven Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Creaming Time: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix It Up: Add the peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture. Beat until well combined.
