Tender meatballs in rich gravy—comfort food goals! 🍽️🥩✨

Salisbury Steak Meatballs
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1/3 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

1/2 onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt & pepper to taste

2 tbsp oil (for cooking)

Gravy:

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp flour

2 cups beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, Worcestershire, salt & pepper.

2. Form into meatballs and cook in oil until browned. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same pan, melt butter. Stir in flour and cook 1 min.

4. Gradually whisk in beef broth and Worcestershire. Simmer until thickened.

5. Add meatballs to gravy, simmer 10–15 minutes until cooked through.

6. Garnish with parsley and serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
