Homemade General Tso Sauce
If you want a bit spicy stirfry, you can try this recipe!
Recipe:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon pepper flakes (or more)
3/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons cornstarch
In a small bowl, add all ingredients. Whisk well until fully combined. Set aside.
In a stove, turn on heat and warm a saucepan. Add the mixture. Whisk until boils to prevent lumps. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat. Ready to use or store in fridge up to 3 days.

So easy - Homemade Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
8-10 cloves minced Garlic
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
1 -2 teaspoon Chili flakes (add more if you want spicy)
1 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp honey
Oil
Steps:
In a saucepan, add 1 tablespoon oil, add all the garlic. Saute till fragrant. Then, add the rest of the ingredients. Whisk well and let it simmer for about 2 minutes until the sauce is fully blended. Pour on top of steamed vegetables. Enjoy!
