The Best No Bake Cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa powder.
2. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
3. Let it boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
4. Stir in peanut butter, oats, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or parchment paper.
6. Let cookies cool and set for at least 30 minutes before serving.
