🛒 Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized cubes) 🍗
2 tbsp vegetable oil 🌱
1 medium onion, thinly sliced 🧅
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips 🌶️
1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips 🫑
3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated 🌿
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tsp sesame oil
1–2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste) 🌶️
2 cups cooked white rice 🍚
👩🍳 Instructions
Prepare rice: Cook white rice according to package instructions and keep warm.
Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and stir-fry 5–6 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add onions, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry 3–4 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
Return chicken to the pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, and chili flakes. Toss well to coat everything in the sauce.
Serve hot with white rice on the side or underneath the stir-fry.
