For the Chicken:
1.5 lbs (680 g) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces π
2 tbsp olive oil π«
Salt & black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
For the Creamy Sauce:
2 tbsp butter π§
4 cloves garlic, minced π§
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream) π₯
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese π§
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 medium tomato, diced π
Chopped parsley for garnish πΏ
To Serve:
Steamed white rice or pasta of your choice

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear until golden and cooked through, about 5β7 minutes. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter and sautΓ© onion and garlic for 2β3 minutes. Stir in cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, basil, thyme, and chili flakes. Add diced tomato and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Return chicken to the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve hot over rice, topped with fresh parsley.
