Garlic Butter Steak & Shrimp Bowl with Rice π§π₯©π€π
Ingredients:
For the Steak & Shrimp:
1 lb sirloin steak (cubed)
12 jumbo shrimp (peeled & deveined)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp garlic butter
Salt, black pepper, paprika
Fresh parsley (chopped)
For the Rice:
1 cup jasmine or long grain rice
2 cups water
Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Cook the Rice:
Rinse rice and cook in 2 cups water with a pinch of salt.
Fluff and set aside.
2. Sear the Steak Bites:
Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in skillet and sear steak 2β3 minutes per side until browned.
Add 1 tbsp garlic butter, toss to coat, then set aside.
3. Cook the Shrimp:
In the same pan, add another 1 tbsp garlic butter.
Cook shrimp 2β3 min until pink and slightly crisp.
4. Combine & Serve:
Plate rice in a bowl, top with steak bites and shrimp.
Drizzle remaining garlic butter and garnish with parsley.
