Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Oil for frying
🔹 For the Bang Bang Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust based on heat preference)
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate: Place the chicken pieces in a bowl, pour in the buttermilk, and let them soak for at least 30 minutes (for extra tenderness, marinate longer).
2️⃣ Prepare the Coating: In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. This blend gives the chicken its crispy texture.
3️⃣ Heat the Oil: In a deep skillet or fryer, heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
4️⃣ Coat & Fry: Take the chicken from the buttermilk, allowing the excess to drip off. Dredge each piece in the seasoned flour mixture, ensuring an even coating.
