🌶️ Spicy Stir-fried Cauliflower
A flavorful, spicy stir-fried cauliflower dish that’s quick, easy, and packed with heat—perfect as a side dish or a healthy main!
Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili paste (or sriracha, adjust to spice preference)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon honey (optional for sweetness)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Cauliflower:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the cauliflower florets and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until they start to brown and soften.
2️⃣ Make the Sauce:
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3️⃣ Add the Seasonings:
Stir in the soy sauce, chili paste, smoked paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper (if using), rice vinegar, and honey. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine and the cauliflower to become tender.
4️⃣ Serve:
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
