500 g ground beef (or beef-pork mix)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 egg
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
200 ml heavy cream
100 ml chicken or vegetable broth
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
50 g Parmesan, grated
Salt & pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish
👨🍳 Instructions:
Mix ground meat with onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper, then form into meatballs. Heat oil in a skillet and brown the meatballs on all sides, then set aside. In the same pan, sauté garlic and bell pepper strips until slightly softened. Pour in broth, cream, Dijon mustard, and Parmesan, season, and simmer for 5–7 minutes until creamy. Return meatballs to the pan and let them simmer gently in the sauce until fully cooked. Garnish with parsley and serve hot — perfect with rice, pasta, or roasted potatoes.
🔄 Notes & Variations:
Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
Add spinach or zucchini for extra veggies.
Make it spicy with chili flakes or a dash of cayenne pepper.
