Savor Garlic Butter Steak & Shrimp Surf and Turf Tonight!

Hello, friends! Today, I'm excited to share one of my family's favorites—Garlic Butter Steak & Shrimp Surf and Turf. This dish is perfect for a cozy dinner at home or when you're entertaining guests. It's simple yet oh-so-satisfying!

Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
First, let’s cook those Steak Bites! Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they're beautifully caramelized. Add a little butter to baste the steak and then remove it from the heat.

Next up, those succulent Shrimp. In the same skillet, melt some butter over medium heat. Toss in the shrimp with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn a lovely pink. Don't forget to squeeze a bit of lemon juice over them before taking them off the heat.

Now, onto the Garlic Butter Sauce. Again in the skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for about a minute until it’s fragrant, then bring in those optional red pepper flakes and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the chopped parsley and take it off the heat.

Now it’s time to put it all together! Plate the steak bites and shrimp, then drizzle that mouthwatering garlic butter sauce over the top. This dish pairs wonderfully with mashed potatoes, rice, or even some roasted vegetables.
