Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice (preferably day-old, chilled)
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced beef (sirloin or flank steak works well)
- 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Directions:
1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until it’s beautifully browned. Remove it from the pan and set it aside.
2. In the same pan, toss in the sliced onion and sauté until it turns translucent—this step really brings out that sweet onion flavor!
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute, letting that wonderful aroma fill your kitchen.
4. Push the onion and garlic to one side, then pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Scramble them up until they’re fully cooked and fluffy.
5. Now, add in the chilled, cooked rice along with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Give everything a good stir to combine and heat through.
6. Lastly, bring the cooked beef back into the mix, adding the chopped green onions. Toss it all together and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is perfectly heated.
