🍍 Pineapple Chicken and Rice 🍚

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp ginger powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
Instructions:
Prepare Sauce: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger powder, and minced garlic. Set aside.
Cook Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken pieces until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
Add Sauce: Pour the sauce over the chicken, reduce the heat, and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until the chicken is well coated and the sauce thickens slightly.
Add Pineapple: Toss in the pineapple chunks and stir to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Assemble: Serve the pineapple chicken over warm jasmine rice. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top for garnish.
