2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
1 tsp garlic powder
Β½ tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Preheat & prep:
Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Mix it all together:
In a large bowl, combine both soups, chicken broth, uncooked rice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and 1 Β½ cups of cheese. Stir in shredded chicken.
Assemble the casserole:
Pour mixture into the prepared dish and cover with foil.
Bake:
Bake covered for 50β55 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
Top & broil:
Remove foil, sprinkle remaining Β½ cup cheese on top, and broil for 2β3 minutes until bubbly and golden.
