Homemade version of Duck Sauce
Sweet and tangy sauce that is great for egg rolls, fried chicken, nuggets, spring rolls, seafood or grilled meat.
DUCK SAUCE Recipe:
1 cup apricot jam
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 clove MINCED garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon chili sauce
In a sauce pan, add all ingredients and mix well. Turn on heat, whisk till smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Enjoy!
