Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning
1 packet (0.87 oz) chicken gravy mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 Β½ cups low-sodium chicken broth
Β½ teaspoon garlic powder
Β½ teaspoon onion powder
Β½ teaspoon black pepper
4 oz cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
2οΈβ£ In a bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, dry ranch seasoning, chicken gravy mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Pour over the chicken.
3οΈβ£ Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
4οΈβ£ Shred the chicken using two forks and stir it into the gravy. If using cream cheese, add it now and let it melt, stirring to combine.
