Hibachi Chicken & Rice Skillet Meal 😍- Don't LOSE this Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
1 lb chicken breast, diced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon butter
For the Rice:
2 cups cooked white rice (preferably day-old)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon sesame oil
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup frozen peas & carrots
For the Vegetables:
1 zucchini, chopped
1 onion, sliced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Cook the Chicken – Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter, then the diced chicken. Cook for 5-6 minutes until browned. Stir in soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables – In the same skillet, add butter, zucchini, and onion. Stir in soy sauce and garlic powder. Cook until vegetables are tender (about 5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
Prepare the Fried Rice – Add butter to the skillet, then pour in beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, garlic powder, sesame oil, and peas & carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Combine Everything – Return the cooked chicken and vegetables to the skillet. Toss everything together and let it cook for another 2 minutes to blend flavors.
Serve hot with yum yum sauce or soy sauce on the side.
