Looking for a Restaurant Style- Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked white rice (day old rice)
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic (about 3 cloves)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Ground black pepper to taste
Easy Steps:
On medium heat, add the oil in a large pan. Fry the scrambled eggs, then set aside. Add a little bit of oil. Saute onion and garlic till fragrant. Add peas and carrots. Stir fry until tender. Now add the rice and soy sauce and blend all together well. Add fried eggs. Stir fry until thoroughly heated. Add ground black pepper to taste. Garnish green onions. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
