🥢 Spicy Beef Stir-Fry with Peppers and Rice
Ingredients:
400g beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp chili paste or flakes (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
2. Add beef slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add onion and peppers. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
4. Return beef to the pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, and brown sugar. Stir well until everything is coated in the sauce.
5. Serve hot with steamed jasmine rice.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions and extra chili flakes if desired.
