Crockpot Chicken and Gravy

Ingredients:
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup (or use an extra can of cream of chicken)
1 packet (1 oz) chicken gravy mix
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional, for depth of flavor)
½ cup sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
For Serving:

Cooked white rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles
Chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)
Directions:
Prepare the Crockpot:
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Mix the Gravy:
In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken gravy mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.
Pour over the chicken.
Slow Cook:
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender and easily shredded.
Shred the Chicken:
Remove chicken from the crockpot, shred with two forks, then return to the gravy mixture. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and sour cream (if using).
Serve & Enjoy:
Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
