Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and chili paste.
2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
6. Serve the grilled Thai chicken skewers hot with your favorite dipping sauce or over rice.
