For the creamy sauce:

2 tbsp butter ๐Ÿงˆ

2 cloves garlic, minced ๐Ÿง„

200ml heavy cream ๐Ÿฅ›

1 tsp Dijon mustard ๐ŸŒฟ

1/2 tsp lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹

1 tbsp chopped parsley ๐ŸŒฑ

Salt & black pepper to taste ๐Ÿง‚

For the rice:

200g rice (about 1 cup), cooked ๐Ÿš

Salt to taste ๐Ÿง‚

Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through, about 4โ€“5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Pour in cream, mustard, and lemon juice. Simmer for 3โ€“5 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper. Slice chicken and serve over rice, drizzled with the creamy sauce.
