Garlic Honey Chicken Stir-Fry with Rice 🍗🥦

📝 Ingredients:
🔹 For the Chicken Stir-Fry:
200g chicken breast, sliced into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
🔹 For the Vegetables:
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced (yellow & red)
1/2 cup carrots, julienned
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sesame oil (optional)
🔹 For the Rice:
1/2 cup white or brown rice
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
Step by Step:
1️⃣ Cook the Rice:
Rinse the rice and cook in 1 cup of salted water until fluffy. Set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chicken strips and cook for 3–4 minutes until lightly golden.
Add garlic, honey, soy sauce, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Stir and cook for another 2–3 minutes until the chicken is glazed.
3️⃣ Sauté the Vegetables:
In the same pan, add the bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli.
Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender but crisp.
Season with salt and a drizzle of sesame oil.
4️⃣ Combine & Serve:
Plate the chicken stir-fry alongside the cooked rice.
Garnish with extra black pepper or sesame seeds if desired.
