caramel apple:
3 cups Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored, and finely diced)
⅓ cup light brown sugar, packed
3 tablespoons salted butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
¼ cup salted butter, melted and cooled
3.4 ounce instant vanilla pudding mix
1 ¼ cup cold whole milk
¾ cup salted caramel sauce, divided ¼ cup and ½ cup
1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
oreo:
2 ½ cups crushed Oreo cookie crumbs with cream, you can substitute generic chocolate sandwich cookies for the Oreo brand (divide 2 cups for crust and ½ cup for filling)
¼ cup salted butter, melted and cooled
28 disposable condiment, or portion cups with lids (2-ounce container)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 ½ cups cold heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
28 Oreo minis
Reese:
2 cups crushed Oreo cookie crumbs, with cream (you can substitute generic chocolate sandwich cookies for the Oreo brand)

1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter, I used Reese’s brand
1 ½ cup cold heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Chocolate sauce, for drizzling
