Ginger Garlic Bok Choy

Ingredients:
1 lb bok choy, chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch ginger, grated
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add bok choy and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly wilted.
