Black Pepper Chicken Stir-Fry with Rice – Bold, Colorful & Quick to Make! 🌶️🍚

Ingredients
Chicken breast or thigh, diced
Bell peppers (red, green), sliced
Onion, chopped
Garlic, minced
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Cornstarch
Ground black pepper
Cooked white rice
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Toss chicken in a little cornstarch and black pepper. Fry in oil until golden, then set aside. In the same pan, stir-fry garlic, onions, and bell peppers until slightly softened. Add chicken back in and pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to coat everything evenly and cook for a few more minutes. Serve hot over steamed white rice.
Note:
Add chili flakes for heat, or pineapple chunks for a sweet twist. Works great with tofu too!
