👨🍳 Instructions
In a hot skillet, drizzle a bit of sesame oil and sauté the tofu cubes until golden on all sides. Set them aside. In the same pan, stir-fry the mushrooms until they begin to brown, followed by zucchini, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes. Cook everything until just tender but still crisp. Add the tofu back to the pan and pour in the sauce mixture. Let it bubble for a minute to coat everything evenly, then serve warm in bowls.
