Garlic (minced)
Onion (diced)
Mushrooms (sliced)
Soy sauce
Tomato paste or hoisin sauce
Chili flakes (optional)

Broccoli florets
Zucchini (sliced)
Red bell pepper (sliced)

White rice (cooked)
Instructions:
Sauté garlic and onion in oil, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in mushrooms, soy sauce, tomato paste or hoisin, and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Cook until the beef is saucy and flavorful. In another pan, stir-fry the broccoli, zucchini, and red bell pepper in oil until just tender. Build your bowl with a scoop of fluffy rice, a portion of juicy beef, and a colorful pile of veggies on the side.
Notes & Variations:
Swap beef for ground chicken or tofu. Add sesame seeds or a fried egg on top for extra flair. Use brown rice or cauliflower rice as a healthier base!
