Instructions:
Sauté garlic and onion in oil, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in mushrooms, soy sauce, tomato paste or hoisin, and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Cook until the beef is saucy and flavorful. In another pan, stir-fry the broccoli, zucchini, and red bell pepper in oil until just tender. Notes & Variations:
