Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour*
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 ½ tablespoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 â…” cups milk
2 eggs
â…“ cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 â…“ cups brown rice flour
â…” cup tapioca starch
¼ cup potato starch
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar.
Add the milk and eggs. Whisk to combine until smooth.
Pour the melted butter and vanilla extract into the batter and stir until mostly smooth. Take care not to over-stir the batter. Let the batter rest for at least 10-15 minutes while heating the waffle iron.
