1 lb steak (cut into strips)

4 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 cup rice (uncooked)
2 cups beef broth
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Start by heating olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. While it heats up, season your steak strips generously with salt and pepper. Once the pan is hot, add the steak and sear for about 3–4 minutes, flipping occasionally until all sides are nicely browned. Transfer the steak to a plate and set aside.
Lower the heat to medium, then melt the butter in the same skillet. Add the minced garlic and let it cook for about a minute, stirring constantly until it smells amazing and starts to turn golden.
