π Ingredients:
1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
Olive oil or butter, for sautΓ©ing

Preheat oven to 375Β°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet, cook chopped cabbage in a little oil over medium heat until soft (about 8β10 mins). Set aside.
In the same skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.
Layer half the cabbage in the bottom of the baking dish. Top with half the meat mixture, then a layer of the soup mix. Repeat layers.
Sprinkle both cheeses on top and bake uncovered for 25β30 minutes or until bubbly and golden! β¨π§
