Sesame Ginger Noodle Bowl with Creamy Almond Sauce 🍜
Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger powder
For the Noodles:
8 ounces ramen noodles (cooked according to package directions)
1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
For the Creamy Almond Sauce:
1/4 cup almond butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, and ginger powder. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
Grill the Chicken: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Make the Creamy Almond Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together almond butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, honey, salt, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Assemble the Bowls: Divide the noodles and broccoli among bowls. Top with grilled chicken and drizzle generously with the Creamy Almond Sauce.
Tips:
You can use any type of noodles you like for this recipe.
For a spicier sauce, add more red pepper flakes to the Creamy Almond Sauce.
