Beef & Veggie Rice Bowl with Garlic Stir-Fry πΏπ

π Ingredients:
For the Beef:
250g ground beef (lean) π₯©
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced π§
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
For the Vegetables:
100g mushrooms, sliced π
1 red bell pepper, sliced πΆοΈ
150g broccoli florets π₯¦
1 medium zucchini, sliced into half-moons π₯
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
For the Rice:
150g jasmine rice π
300ml water
Pinch of salt
Garnish:
Fresh parsley or coriander πΏ
π¨βπ³ Instructions:
Cook the Rice: Rinse rice, add to a pot with water and salt. Bring to boil, then simmer 12 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
Cook the Beef: Heat sesame oil in a skillet. Add garlic, then beef. Cook 6β7 minutes until browned. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili flakes. Set aside.
Stir-Fry the Veggies: In the same pan, add oil and garlic. Cook mushrooms, bell pepper, broccoli, and zucchini for 5β6 minutes until tender-crisp. Add soy sauce and toss well.
Assemble the Bowl: Arrange rice, beef, and vegetables in bowls or on a large platter. Garnish with herbs.
Serve: Enjoy warm, mixing flavors together as you eat.

Add a fried egg on top for a Korean-inspired touch.
Use brown rice or quinoa for extra fiber.
