1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & black pepper to taste

🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Cook the Rice:

Cook brown rice according to package instructions. Fluff and set aside.

2️⃣ Bake or Grill the Chicken:
