Ingredients:
• 4 cups puffed rice cereal
• ¼ cup unsalted butter
• 5 cups vanilla marshmallows
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)
• 1 cup milk chocolate Easter eggs, chopped
• ¼ cup confetti sprinkles
Instructions:
1. Melt the Marshmallow Mixture:
In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter.�Add vanilla marshmallows and stir constantly until completely melted and smooth.�Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract (if using).
2. Combine with Cereal:
In a large mixing bowl, pour melted marshmallow mixture over the puffed rice cereal.�Gently fold together until cereal is fully coated.
3. Add Chocolate Eggs & Sprinkles:
Let the mixture cool slightly, then fold in the chopped milk chocolate Easter eggs and half of the confetti sprinkles.
4. Press into Pan:
Line an 8x8-inch or 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.�Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the pan.�Sprinkle the remaining confetti sprinkles on top.
5. Set & Slice:
Let the bars cool and set at room temperature for about 30 minutes.�Cut into squares or bars and enjoy!
