🥡 Ultimate Chicken & Broccoli Stir-Fry 🥦🍗

🛒 Ingredients:
500g chicken breast, thinly sliced 🍗

2 tbsp soy sauce 🥢

1 tbsp oyster sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

1 tsp ginger, grated

1 tbsp cornstarch

2 tbsp vegetable oil

300g broccoli florets 🥦

100ml chicken broth

1 tbsp sesame oil

Optional: sesame seeds & spring onions for garnish 🌱

👨‍🍳 Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the chicken with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch, let marinate for 10 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until lightly browned, then remove and set aside. Add garlic and ginger to the same pan, stir-fry briefly, then add broccoli and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes. Pour in the chicken broth, cover, and let steam for 3–4 minutes until broccoli is tender. Return chicken to the pan, add oyster sauce, remaining soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together for 2 minutes and serve hot over rice, garnished with sesame seeds or scallions.
