Super easy Garlic Fried Rice
If you want garlicky rice, this is the right for you.
Recipe:
3 cups cooked rice (I use 1 day old rice leftover)
1 garlic bulb minced( 8 cloves)
4 tbsp oil
1/2 cup green onions or chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
In a pan, heat oil. Saute the garlic until golden brown. Add the cooked rice. Mix well and stir fry till rice is fully cooked and well combined. I want a little crispy on the bottom. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with green onions. Serve with fried eggs and coffee. Enjoy your breakfast!
