• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (no xylitol!)
• ¼ cup natural peanut butter
• 1 ripe banana, mashed
• ½ cup unsweetened applesauce (optional)
• Extras (optional): blueberries, pumpkin puree, crushed dog biscuits
How to Make It:
1️⃣ Mix it up: Stir yogurt, peanut butter, banana & applesauce until smooth.
2️⃣ Add mix-ins: Fold in blueberries, pumpkin, or crushed biscuits if you like!
3️⃣ Freeze: Pour into ice cube trays or silicone molds. Freeze 2–4 hrs.
