🍚 Garlic-Infused Rice
• 1½ cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice

• Salt & pepper to taste



🥣 Lemon-Garlic Yogurt Cream Sauce
• ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1 tsp lemon juice 🍋
• 1 clove garlic, minced 🧄
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper to taste
Water (to thin if needed)



🔥 Instructions

1. Cook the Chicken
• Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
• Add chicken slices, garlic, and lemon zest.
• Stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
• Season with salt and pepper.
• Remove from skillet and set aside.



2. Cook the Vegetables
• In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
• Add snap peas (or green beans) and bell peppers.
• Sauté for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
• Add garlic, stir-frying for another minute until fragrant.
• Season with salt and pepper, then remove from skillet.



3. Prepare the Garlic-Infused Rice
• Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
• Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
• Toss in cooked rice, stirring to combine.
• Stir in parsley or dill and season with salt.
• Keep warm.



4. Make the Lemon-Garlic Cream Sauce
• In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
• Add water a teaspoon at a time until the sauce reaches a creamy, drizzleable consistency.
